A Sunday note in lockdown 2.0. We are under extreme pressure in every aspect of our lives right now. That can and will result in responding to circumstances differently.

I experienced a high level of frustration and rise to anger really quickly this morning on my walk and it got me thinking. I’m not normally like this, I’m instantly ashamed of myself but why is it happening?

Then I realised it’s OK to feel how we are in the moment but we need to develop some strategies so bad moments don’t turn into bad habits long term.

Take a breath, give myself a break and remember that everyone around me is just a human like me and we all need love, respect and empathy right now. Happy Sunday..
